Metal Post
It is one of the main elements used to form a lightweight structure. It is installed vertically, and its shape provides the necessary support for the wall. Each metal post has a web height (depth) and a perforation located at the specified height for the installation of required utilities, allowing the passage of pipes or hoses for electrical, water, or gas systems.
Available in widths of approximately 0.13 ft, 0.21 ft, 0.30 ft, and 0.50 ft by 10 ft (3.05 m) in length.
Also manufactured in 8 ft (2.44 m) length or in custom sizes.
Tie Channel
The tie channel is a galvanized steel profile typically used in a horizontal position, fixed to the floor and ceiling. It is combined with the metal post to form the lightweight structure of partition walls, knee walls, soffits, and aesthetic elements.
Available in gauges 26 and 22.
Furring Channel
The furring channel is a profile designed to allow drywall panels to be fastened to it using screws, forming the ceiling surface. Its geometry enables it to be attached beneath the main load channel. It can also be used to cover masonry or concrete walls with drywall panels.
Available in gauges 26 and 20.
Smooth and Perforated Unistrut
Helps in the installation of thin or thick wall conduit during electrical work. Its body consists of channels with longitudinal reinforcement suitable for clamps, allowing it to support lines or cable trays; meanwhile, its base has oval perforations.
Manufactured from durable steel, gauges 12 to 18, available in smooth or perforated versions with dimensions of 4 x 4 inches or 4 x 2 inches. It can be cut to the required length.
Perimeter Angle
The Perimeter Angle is a profile designed to be installed around the perimeter of walls where continuous drywall ceilings will be constructed. It provides a secure and stable anchor for ceiling installations.
Available in 26 and 20 gauge.
Corner Bead
The corner bead is a metal profile designed to protect the corners of drywall structures and any exposed edges that are prone to damage from impact. It is commonly installed around windows, doors, or niches, providing increased durability against everyday use and frequent traffic.
Available in 30 gauge.
“J” Trim
The “J” trim protects drywall panel edges. It is installed horizontally at the base of the wall to prevent the drywall from coming into contact with liquid spills.
Available in 26 gauge.
Metal Furring Angle
“L” Corner Bead
Just like the standard corner bead, the “L” corner bead protects drywall corners and provides a clean, finished edge. Its durable composition resists dents and moisture, making it ideal for long-lasting wall protection.
Carrying Channel
The carrying channel is an essential profile in the construction of continuous ceilings and suspended ceilings. It transfers the loads generated by the weight of materials used (drywall, metal studs, screws, insulation, wires, etc.). It prevents sagging by concentrating the forces (loads) toward the point of contact with the hanger.
